I do not think this is good enough to celebrate. I'd welcome a tool that would allow us to move properly licensed free images from wikipedias to commons. Now I'd celebrate then.

Is there a way, to have the one-click upload feature in the ImportFreeImages extension made available in the pushforcommons as well?
