Most of you probably have seen our drive to get Global deleted image review
rights. The proposal was created on meta a while back (
http://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Global_deleted_image_review ) based initially
on an email to this list, and then additional work from [[Commons:AN:N]].
The proposal has now been put to a vote on on Metapub.
