If you click on an image at (en.) Wikipedia that is from hosted on Commons you get to a page with the text:
"This is a file from the Wikimedia Commons. The description on its description page there is shown below. Commons is a freely licensed media file repository. You can help. "
The words "You can help" link to the image upload form at Commons:Upload/en. I think it would be better if "You can help" would link to Commons:Welcome, which gives an introduction and lists several ways in which one can help the Commons. It is a lot more friendly for potential contributers than just showing them the upload form, and lets people know you can contribute in other ways than just uploading images.
What do people think?
