Hello,
What can of profile are you seeking for? For my own example, while I'm interested in UX, I can't pretend I'm an expert in this domain. I would be happy to help any initiative to protect and promote freedom of speach. But I would not like to take a place in a limited spaces event when other people may have more fitted profiles.
Kind regards, mathieu

I wanted to extend an invitation to UX designers for our Circumvention Tech Summit IV, which will take place in Berlin on September 29 to October 1.
The event brings together software developers, activists, and others interested in improving open source tools that circumvent censorship and surveillance.
This particularly summit will focus on UX and design, which historically has been a challenge in circumvention tech.
Travel grants are available, and are being given on a rolling basis. Also, space is limited, we encourage you to apply as soon as possible.
To register, or for more info, visit: http://openitp.org/openitp/circumvention-tech-summit.html
If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to reach out to Sandra Ordonez at sandraordonez@openitp.org
Thanks!
Sandy
