A new (US) district court ruling on the distinction between a derivative work and a collection in the context of CC-BY-SA licenses - http://www.technollama.co.uk/us-court-interprets-copyleft-clause-in-creativ… Looks like they came to the sensible decision - interpreting 'derivative' relatively narrowly.
