To David: Have you even read my description of creative input into restoration work? There are a *lot* of creative decisions involved in restorations, and you seem determined to ignore this.
Also, I realise that English isn't your first language, but I was making an analogy in the bit you quote: You were asserting that because the sweat-of-the-brow was weakened, that it didn't exist. But A. it's not just sweat-of-the-brow, there's also creative decisions, and B. you yourself said that it would need to be tried in a court of law to find out if the doctrine held, which is basically you saying that the law *might* be on my side, but you weren't sure.
