IA has already got the infrastructure in place.
I understand all the arguments and, as I noted, your initial data is
promising. My view is that we need to collect more data on how many
people currently have problems playing video. Based on that data we
can make an informed decision whether additional measures should be
taken, including possibly support for an embedded Flash player and the
associated video codecs.
