Facebook loves caching even more than Wikimedia does, and I haven't
yet found a reliable way to invalidate their cache of the image when
used in profiles (the image on the larger page is not affected).
Ok, if you visit this URL just once, it should solve the caching
issue. You shouldn't need to do anything else after this:
