What is the growth of Wikinews like at the moment? I've found some of the outdated pages that charted growth in different ways, but they haven't been updated for a few years. How many new accounts are created each day, are articles created overall going up or not?
If not, do we need to look at how we can get more people to contribute who create an account?

http://stats.wikimedia.org/wikinews/EN/Sitemap.htm (updated into may 2009) has quite a bit of info. Account creation is hard to chart due to single user login. (but wikistats says we're loosing ground in that respect. Article count goes up and down _alot_ but we are also apperently loosing ground a little bit of late. Quite possibly a consequence of flagged revs) -bawolff
