I suppose the followup to this is, "do we publicise the address more?"
If so how/where.
Realistically speaking I'm seeing less than one mail per week to the
Wikinews OTRS address. I don't want it getting out of control, but if we can
be a little more accessible for cases like this we'll get people going
"let's try this 'edit' button". At least if I've got my
poet's hat on when
I'm inviting them to contribute. :-P
