I agree - all too often have I reported from the centre of the M1 and wished

(then again, fluro's are more for photographers at sport then the media -
whenever i go into media boxes, I don't see people wearing fluro vests, I
see snotty douchebags who aren't even watching the game)

Due to legal wajimacallits I can't sell them - but I can advise the supplier
that people may be contacting them about having the same design done - that
way it should be quicker. You'd need to provide them with some form of ID to
prove who you say you are - i think. :P
If there is real interest I will speak to them
I believe anyone who wants one should be able to prove they've passed the
accreditation process. So if you're giving the supplier details of who can
and can't have one give them a link to the list of accredited reporters; or
you only pass on supplier details to @wikinewsie.org email addresses.
Cost will be more expensive for those outside the UK due to shipping, so if
the other Brian wants one he should do so while still in the UK.
As an aside, can they do them in a black material with text in white? I
think the yellow is a bit too much for my personal tastes. Obviously the
reflective strips stay in case you're doing night reporting and trying to
avoid getting run over.
