Well, I want to start a larger conversation on the Hotline's
usefulness. As some of you know I am paying US$25 per month to
maintain it, and I don't really think that it's shown $25/month worth
of usefulness to us. While there is certainly a great potential for
such a hotline, I don't know if it makes sense for us to continue
investing our time (and attention) into something that's not really
shown itself to be a success.
My proposal would be to completely disable the hotline, due to low
use, unless someone can come up with a workable plan for encouraging
it's use.

That sounds like a good idea; any takers?

Really what needs to be done imo, is to have a
bot sit and upload them
to commons as they come in (and sort them on wiki)

To be honest, I don't think this is being
used as effectively as it could
be. The hotline system could do with an overhaul - perhaps new options, etc.
This sounds like a job for a wiki-brainstorm though :D
