looks good. I have re-enabled uploads on the Polish Wikinews. (I hope
it's OK with the Board if we take a common sense approach here and
enable local uploads as soon as a reasonable policy has been
implemented. We can always turn them off later if there is a problem.)
Please make sure you edit
MediaWiki:Uploadtext
to point out that the Wikimedia Commons should be used for all free content.
MediaWiki:Upload
(the text in the sidebar) should also reflect this, if possible.
