IRC discussions are not so much used to make policy
descisions as they are a roundtable discussion of the current
state of Wikinews and where we can go from here. It exists
as a way for Wikinewsies with multiple viewpoints on a
particular issue to share their ideas and discuss them with
others. So, I'm very sorry if anyone got the idea that this
IRC discussion was an exclusionary end-all policymaking session.
Hopefully you can all attend, otherwise I'm sure we can
arrange a different time.
