Suggest this be kept in a separate "Wikimedia Mumbai" A/c with any nationalised
bank - so that there is total transparency and all the transactions in the A/c belong to
Wikipedia India - Mumbai.

Grand Total of expenses ---> Rs 5650 only

The surplus amount is to be used for creating banner, posters, brochures etc as per what
we conveyed to the Foundation at the time of obtaining the grant.

ps: We have not yet received any T shirts or any related material from the Foundation
created by them on the occasion of the 10th Anniversary Celebrations. I had applied for
the same around 2 weeks before the event.
