Following up on our earlier discussions, Pharos has helpfully provided me with a copy of WMNY's 501(c)(3) application which was prepared with the assistance of pro bono attorneys. I am hoping that if we follow WMNY's example, that we can file without needing to pay for outside assistance from an attorney, accountant or consultant. (: I'll keep the preparation fees in the budget for now, but hope that we will need to make little or no use of them.
