SeaGL is a ~250-person open stuff conference in Seattle. They'd love talks by Wikimedians about tech and culture topics -- security, community, devops, getting-started, tales of woe, etc. Submit an idea by July 15th - and Deb Nicholson (see fwd) is totally happy to bounce ideas around with you and help you with your proposal. http://seagl.org/schedule/2013.html has last year's schedule.
