Pierre from CC Lebanon has kindly volunteered to help us managing the call and also leading it in both English (for Diane, Sarah and Aurelia) and Arabic

Creative Commons Affiliate Regional Meetings – May 2012 Agenda and Preparation Materials
In anticipation of the upcoming regional calls and meetings to discuss version 4.0, we submit the following agenda and preparation materials.
Affiliates and other participants are expected to spend at least an hour in advance of the meeting/call reviewing the materials below. The agenda is designed to facilitate progress on the issues identified. The calls and meetings are not intended to serve as general information sessions.
