46 encyclopedia articles are great :) are those articles online ? can we take a look at them before putting them in the Arabic Wikipedia ?
As for the signing paper thing.. Well, the author have to agree to put his content under FDL or a compatible license, I can send him a little agreement in Both Arabic and English, for him to print and sign, and pass to you. And you scan and send it by email to us here (the list) and Jimmy Wales (Head of Wikipedia Foundation).
Another alternative is that he clearly state that the content is under FDL in his Website/Electronic distribution Media. We don't want Wikipedia to get sued over Copyright violation :) We need to be sure that all content is Free.
I hope that this is not complicated..
BTW: what are the articles about ? topics ?
Anther thing .. YOU ARE A MACHINE :) advocating Wikipedia where ever you walk :)

I called a guy with an electronic content over here (46 encyclopedia grade articles) and over the phone, he was explicit in okaying his content on Wiki.
To tell you the truth, he was more excited than I am! Where do I go from here? Please don't tell me he has to sign some paper work.
