Well.. Transliteration is something that we will always argue about.. as there are no set rules.. for example Microsoft can be مايكروسوفت or ميكروسوفت .. Linux can be لينكس or لاينكس or لينوكس and so on .. So there is not "Right-Way" for transliteration..
What I suggest here is using redirects.. Create a page with the name فايزر and in it put: #redirect [[فيزر]]
So one someone ask for the page with the other transliteration it will be found.. as well..
