There is no need to know any HTML .. go to the Eglish articles, download the Photo... in Arabic go to "????? ???" from the right panel, and upload the file..
Then to add the picture in the article do a : [[????:picture.jpg]]
And That's it :)

If I may share the following with this humble list, I've been to a special library here in Kuwait that archives tons & tons of electronic material and it belongs to the governmet. Th guy that runs the IT for the archiving business is a friend.
Some of you must have been in my shoes and would like to hear from you what to expect and how to approach.
