It looks like WikiU is more comprehensive than what we want to do with the Wikibooks project, though. But, as stated on the Staff lounge, Wikibooks could be the bookstore/library of the proposed Wikiversity concept (a community built, comprehensive, interactive e-learning project). I kinda like that idea.
