Dear Sir: I have been having a problem in accessing some of the pages with the free-encyclopedia and other pages. When I try to go to the page there is a pop-up BLANK page that freezes the screen and I have to use ctrl-alt-delete to re-start AOL or else the PC. The page will not close and can be moved around but nothing behind the pop-up is active....a total freeze frame. Finally, with attempts to re-access, ... I was able to create a log-on and USER NAME with a password via the Italian resources, but English is my principle language and these pages still have this blocking pop-up. Being able to log-in both via the Italian and English main-pages has not helped. have permitted cookies, but the problem persists with Wikipedia. Is there anything I can do to fix this? THANKS!
