Wikibooks is behind the main Wikipedia on software updates right? There are various "small" things that are different in how they function or how pages are presented. Is it a ton of work to get the software for Wikibooks updated to the level of Wikipedia? Who does this?
There is a single master copy of the software that all the wikis we run use. However, some may be configured a little differently, and the user interface messages have separate copies for customization.
Can you point out what's out of order specifically?
