last week we set up a new wikibook project for refugees, https://en.wikibooks.org/wiki/Refugee_Phrasebook (based on data from refugeephrasebook.de ). My wikibooks username is MNeuschaefer, as a facilitator I need access to review (and necessarily revoke) changes.
The process is explained at https://en.wikibooks.org/wiki/Wikibooks:Reviewers ; I see there is a request at https://en.wikibooks.org/wiki/Wikibooks:Requests_for_permissions#Requests_fo... so you can't apply to stewards.
