[Mediawiki-api] action=parse internal wiki links - hostname?

hi,

I have a question regarding the parsed internal links. They have the format:

&lt;a href=&quot;/wiki/Foo&quot; ...

Is it possible to have the hostname shown too,  i.e. 
www.mywiki.example.com/wiki/...
