It does! You can add a localizable title and description ("title" and "description" fields in the JSON). I'm afraid to touch it myself, mostly because I don't trust myself to come up with good enough descriptions :) I'm adding titles now, though.
Where can I add the title and description (or suggest the change if I don't have the rights)?
