As of now I only have one agenda item. Please send stuff in :)
I would like to discuss the recent publicity (all bad) wikinews has been receiving and would like to plan a rapid way to respond this time and, for in the furue by, submitting press statements and, having some collaboration. I personally would like to release some one-liners for the media do use (an example of a one liner released from a M$ press conference is located @ http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gY-d_J4ISAo)
thanx

Frankly, I don't think the "send privately" thing is working.
This list is far from being clogged, and I do believe that sending things "in clear" to the list would probably help trigger more ideas for agenda items.

IMHO, it should not be to a mailing list like this - when I wake up and have 30 emails and 15 of them are from the list, I just delete them - I know 90% of them are not relevent to me and 90% of the group
thanks for reading the rand

Sorry, that was unfair on Sandy.
She does have a crazy amount of e-mails, and so it does kinda make sense to avoid flooding the list with them.
Just a quick note, I now have two agenda items! More encouraged.
