It's just a piece of concept art - a proposal for something. It's not
being displayed on a Wikimedia site, and isn't purporting to be a
Wikimedia logo - this is actually pretty much noted in the text of the
article.
The only issue related to the Visual identity guidelines could be the
use of derivatives, but I suspect that Deni will either have permission
to display a derivative, or will be able to easily acquire it, given the
nature of the work.
Of course, I may be completely wrong :)
