Hi all.
I just wanted to comment that in es-wikipedia, a guest book was implemented. As far as I know, it started on April 2005.

Of course, this only covers one of the projects of wikimedia.

Following this, the Spanish Wikipedia does a GREAT job at PR and information dissemination.....they have information for new members prominently displayed on the homepage. For those that speak "un poquito" of Spanish, I would recommend you check out the section: Participa en Wikipedia. (on homepage)
Maybe some of us could coordinate to have this section implemented on homepages across all Wikipedias...(at least to begin in English) It would reduce questions we get at OTRS and office significantly. I would also love if some of you could review the About Wikipedia entry, that is currently linked on navigational bar in English Wikipedia. Make sure its easy to read, and "communications" friendly.
Anyone interested in this project(s)?
