At the same time, do not forget that this group is an important resource and team... we just can't speak with any authority.
As a quick rule remember anyone can join with no real questions asked.

Committees and sub-committees, as the Communication Committe and the Translation Committee (wich is a ComCom sub committee) have been approved by the board. We haven't.
