From the message I've got, zh:user:zhxy_519 is going to attend the
conference and he will do some presentation in Japanese about the Wikimedia community and introduce Wikimedia Chapters. This guy just sent us WMTW an request to use our logo in his presentation slides. He is an Chinese student from mainland China and is now studying in Tokyo, Japan.
