<quote> Hi everyone, just as I did with the crowdfunding campaign for Jee, I think it important to let you know that a crowdfunding campaign is currently running to support one of our contributors, photographers and administrators, Rehman; Azeez is the organiser and author of a truly fabulous video presenting Rehman's work on energy-related subjects in Sri Lanka. The campaign is being run on Indiegogo's Generosity site, and was co-ordinated at User talk:Rehman/Campaign (in case anyone wants to comment). I'm sure that Rehman will deeply appreciate even the tiniest of donations, if anyone is willing to support his campaign. odder (talk) 22:07, 25 February 2016 (UTC) <unquote>
Thank you, User:Azeez
I like this model of p2p donation. Thanks for sharing, Azeez & odder On Feb 27, 2016 9:04 AM, "Azeez Abubakr" azeez.abubakr@live.com wrote:

Hi everyone,
I would like to update you on the crowdfunding campaign which was launched for User:Rehman ("Roy") in around mid-Jan.
The campaign is currently at 14% ($222); $1,378 short of the goal. At the current average of $27, we can achieve the goal if we're able to reach out to about 50 additional contributors. Do help share or contribute if you can.
Many thanks to the folks that contributed so far (mostly Wikimedians)!
Kind regards, User:Azeez From: azeez.abubakr@live.com To: commons-l@lists.wikimedia.org Subject: Crowdfunding campaign for User:Rehman Date: Sat, 27 Feb 2016 20:04:39 +0600
