There are a few images on Commons that *require* (not request) notification of the photographer when used. This includes use by Wikimedia (though the template used somewhat misleadingly speaks of "third party use"). I have nominated these images and their template for deletion here:

Our licensing policy currently does not explicitly forbid such images, but I believe it should. If the community moves to delete these images, we can edit the policy accordingly.

Since this is a broader issue, I am announcing it here to increase community feedback, but my arguments for deletion can be found on the above page.
