Thanks Maarten, for pointing out the recent white paper on adding video to Wikimedia projects. We are in the very early stages of planning out more efforts around encouraging video contributions to Wikimedia projects. We will certanly keep these mailing lists up-to date on the efforts and look forward to collaboration in bringing more open educational video to wikimedia projects.

I think it would be good to widely circulate the white paper "Video for Wikipedia and the Open Web" so that chapters could include a reference to it when they contact GLAM institutions and or we can incorporate it into outreach wiki efforts wiki to help improve it
