I found that Robert Scoble http://scobleizer.com/ is uploading lots of very good photos of tech high-flighers to Flickr as CC-BY.

I just nabbed a few and put them here http://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Category:2008_World_Economic_Forum for people who don't have any photo at all, but there are quite a few people for whom Scoble has taken a nicer photo than their existing WP article, so... have fun. :)
