Many mobiles with SVG support use the SVG Tiny profile (and many PDAs use SVG Basic) which is a subset of the full SVG specification. However, agents are supposed to simply not render features that they don't support, so any SVG image should theoretically render at least partially on any device with at least SVG Tiny support.
