Hoi, I am not on secure wikimedia and, I do not see it either when I am logged out.. Could this be something to do with caches ? Thanks, GerardM

Are you on secure.wikimedia.org? I don't see it either on secure/logged in, but I do see it on commons.wikimedia.org when logged out.
