Phase 2, to elect the winner and 2 runners-up, will start February 17 at: http://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Commons:Picture_of_the_Year/2006/final.
Note: the final date has been postponed 2 days as has been stated in the first mail. We are trying our best to have the preparations for the final on time
