Ouch. You have to start appreciating the benifits of multi language projects a bit more here, AJF/WarX. It is a fact that there are people that do not have too much of a clue of the English language and they can be, and are, valuable members of the Commons community.
At the same time we have to help those non English speakers/readers. Those that are able to speak the languages that are used and are at the same time able to participate in English, have to take care of translating basic documentation and templates, so that the messages we're throwing at them can be understood[1]. Please do assume that speaking English is a requirement to be able to participate on Commons. If you do, you are violating the basic goal of Commons: "Welcome to the Wikimedia Commons a database of 969,179 media files to which anyone can contribute" [2]
