[Wikivoyage-l] Local file import; write access to wikivoyage-old.org

Hi folks,

we did not import local files. These, like WTS and SHARED files, need to be vetted and uploaded either locally (under the non-free content policy) or to Commons. They should not be uploaded in bulk without review. My apologies for not having made this clear earlier.

I suggest that we ask the WikiVoyage e.V. folks to enable write access only to the File: namespace on the 1.19.1 wikis (En, Ru, Fr, Nl, Sv). This would allow these files to continue to be tagged. The namespace restriction would be enabled using this setting:

Does this make sense?
