We could use   between words we do not want individually wrapped in site notice, eg in the link text "Migrate your account" --> "Migrate you account". I just now posted this idea at:

Line wrapping can also be controlled via CSS's white-space:nowrap property. However,   is sometimes just easier to type. Right?

Anyway, should an admin wish to update the site notice to control line wrapping with this, you will find the wiki markup ready to cut and paste on the above talk page.
