Who's going to copy them into Commons?
That means one will have to download all the videos, and upload them back to Wiki Commons. Isn't there anyway one can upload to Wikimedia commons with such fast means without having to get it touch a local pc before being uploaded?
Lets resort to other mailing lists for help
Thanks for the info though.

Well yes there is. (Upload by url). Unfortunately that feature is only enabled for flicker afaik
There are many commons folks who operate bots for mass importing. They can probably help you.

I'm not sure what mailing lists, but given YouTube supports publishing video with CCBy, it'd be nice to havesomething like the Flickr upload tool to Commons. On May 6, 2013 2:17 AM, "Nkansah Rexford" nkansahrexford@gmail.com wrote:

Yes, I would love to have that tool! I'm initiating, together with a teacher here in Sweden, a page for Swedish flipped classroom videos;
https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Commons:FLIP
(it's in Swedish)
But at the moment it's rather difficult for teachers to share their videos on Commons they feel and most of them have already uploaded it to Youtube.
So a tool such as the one for Flickr would be totally awesome!
