theoretically all wikinews rss feeds should be listed at http://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Wikinews/RSS (but that hasn't happened unfortunatly)
Unfortunatly I don't have a Mac, so i can't test this, but it looks really cool. I added it to the rss page http://en.wikinews.org/wiki/Wikinews:Syndication .
i am planning a Gadget for google et Win-doze and iPhone (if i have time, as i am working on 3 projects)
We already have a google thing (not sure if same as your talking about) see http://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Wikinews/Google_button

hi all, i have no more much time to play with wikinews but (for fun) i made a little MacOSX DashBoard Widget used to read Wikinews RSS flux.
It's available here : http://www.olilog.com/blog/Site/Blog/Blog_files/ Wikinews%20RSS.zip
It's a "functionnal" beta version but not perfect at all (uggly ok, i am not a drawer). i tested it in english and french.
It connects on rss flux using system language pref, in that case : bs, ca, de, en, es, fr, it, pl.
It's possible to add new languages, but i don't know if other rss are available.
It's under a CeCill v2 licence project (a GPL like licence but valid in France.)
