I couldn't find the address, too. Looks like the NYT doesn't publish them on-line very often. However, there's a simple way to find the @nytime.com formats through the Google search engine -- try http://42.pl/u/CfR.
Although there is no e-mail for Edward Wong specified at the NYT website, they've created a form for sending e-mails to their correspondents. Try http://42.pl/u/CfO and click the 'Send an E-Mail toEdward Wong' link.
