We are now being syndicated by Wikipedia. Wikipedian RichardF convinced Misza13 to make [[W:User:Wikinews Importer Bot]], which allows various wikiportals to display headlines from Wikinews. (For example: [[w:Portal:Television]])
Basically it copies pages like http://en.wikinews.org/wiki/Portal:Television/Wikipedia into the appropriate wikipedia page.
Anyways I thought that was really cool.
