I continue to be very skeptical of the existing process for setting up new language editions. The problems with Serbian Wikinews seem quite clear to me, especially having just visited Serbia and Croatia.
The process provides insufficient review, and I propose that we immediately halt the creation of new wikinews editions until such time as we significantly improve the process.
