Isn't that the same day as the chapters

Cheers,

Yes it is, unfortunately, which is why we're doing it during lunch to
minimize overlap.
There were many, many, conflicting events to take into account,
particularly the numerous evening meetings and especially the
Education meeting on Friday (scheduled after we had already put Friday
evening as our tentative time), with its higher-than-average overlap.
Thanks,
Richard

Hi Wiki-Americans,
After some scheduling back-and-forth to avoid conflicting events, we
have settled on holding the WALRUS Congress as an extended lunch
meeting on Wednesday July 11 from 11am-1pm in the Wikimania rooms at
George Washington University, right before the Wikipedia Loves
Libraries meeting. The specific room will be on notice at the site.
