Weekend All-Affiliates Strategic Meeting

All Wikimedia affiliates are invited to join a meeting in two sessions on Saturday night Sep 19 and Sunday afternoon September 20, as a follow-up to last month's inaugural Strategic Wikimedia Affiliates Network meeting and the All-Affiliates Brand Meeting in June. WikiCred Demo Hour on Sept 10 (register to watch)

Hi all, I'd like to invite you to the WikiCred's demo hour on September 10th at 4 PM UTC / 12 PM EDT where 6 of our grantees will demo their Wikimedia- and credibility-related projects. You can register here: https://forms.gle/oY9ufC9jzAcuVfZg6 WikiCred is a grants programme managed by the Credibility Coalition, Hacks Hackers, and Wikimedians from WikiConference NA + Wikimedia DC. We support research, software projects and Wikimedia events that explore information reliability and credibility in the Wikimedia space and the overall online information ecosystem. So far, we have funded 13 projects (full list at wikicred.org/#projects). Projects range from strengthening credible vaccine content on Wikipedia to automating the additions of references to Wikidata. 6 grantees will join us to present their work for 5 mins each followed by a Q&A from the attendees.
