WikiSeder Monday April 13

I would like to invite everyone to join me in drinking four cups of wine to free knowledge, next Monday! https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/WikiSeder The WikiSeder is a secular celebration of wiki wisdom and free culture in the age of the quarantini. As we pass through our current plague, let us come together from our lockdowns to retell stories of liberation and crisis overcome through fellowship and information-sharing. All are very welcome, this is not meant as a religious or exclusive thing. There is an American tradition since the 1960s of interfaith and secular seders highlighting social causes, and I hope WikiSeder can be in this tradition. For content, it would be a sort of playful strategy session, mixed with some editathon arguments over holiday-related Wikidata items. We will probably also read aloud some Wikipedia article intros and talk pages for relevant topics, this is very much meant as the seder you can edit. It is planned for Monday April 13, the sixth night of Passover, and also the day after Easter. I'm thinking to do it 7pm Eastern, and maybe a regular WALRUS meeting at 9pm Eastern if people want to hang around for that. You are encouraged to eat and drink during the event. WikiConference NA + WikiCred Microgrant Submissions Open - request up to $10k for credibility projects by Apr 6!

Hello, Back in November at WikiConference North America 2019, we announced that grants would be made available for projects related to strengthening credibility and reliability in the Wikimedia space and beyond. WikiConference North America, in collaboration with the Credibility Coalition, MisinfoCon, and Hacks/Hackers, has announced that the WikiCred grants program is now launching! These grants are made possible through the generous support of Craig Newmark Philanthropies, Facebook, and Microsoft. This initiative offers microgrants ranging between $250 and $10,000 to individuals and teams to create and pilot projects on supporting credibility on the internet using Wikimedia and lessons from the Wikimedia community. Applications are accepted on a rolling basis. The first deadline to receive funding is April 6th. Request for short translations into indigenous languages of the Americas

If you are able to do this or to reach out to someone with the necessary knowledge, I would appreciate having someone add one or more translations of the sentence "What's making you happy this week?" for one or more indigenous American languages [1], especially Coast Salish languages [2].
